Security Career LaunchPad (Level II + Level III Classroom + OC Classroom Online)

Online bundle for applicants in Houston, Fort Bend County, and across Texas.

This single enrollment opens three online courses at once: Level II, the Level III classroom portion, and the OC (pepper spray) classroom portion. All are self-paced with no fixed class times. Progress saves on any device.

What is included

• Level II training required for a non-commissioned (unarmed) license
• Level III classroom training required toward a Security Officer Commission
• OC classroom training for the chemical dispensing device defense under Penal Code §46.05

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of each exam. Level II must be finished before the Level III classroom certificate is used for a commission. OC training is approved only as a supplement to Level III.

What is not included

• The in-person Level III range day (defensive tactics, handcuffing, baton, and firearms proficiency)
• The short in-person OC practical session
• Level IV personal protection training
State licensing or commission fees paid to DPS

Armed work still requires the separate range qualification, a commission from DPS, and employment by a licensed company. Full OC certification still requires the separate practical.

Who this is for: Applicants in the Greater Houston area (including Fort Bend) and statewide who are starting from zero and want the unarmed foundation, the commissioned classroom portion, and the OC classroom portion in one purchase. Not for anyone who already holds Level II.

Enrollment: $175. One payment. Immediate access to all three online courses. Access window is six months from purchase.
